I have tried everything to sort my fitbit syncing out but have gotten nowhere!!!!If I were to close my account & then start from the beginning again,would it then work????

Probably not as the issue is usually with the fitbit, phone or app (rather than the account) and closing an account is a long process.
What have you tried so far? Here are the steps that usually work for me:
- restart phone
- restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
- restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
- "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
- go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Thanks for that. I have tried everything, it stopped tracking my steps last tuesday,although they still registered on the tracker. The whole format has changed,I used to have steps,sleep & heart rate. Now it will only let me have steps but not registering them. 🤔

Thanks for the info. I tried everything you said to try & still nothing. I contacted fitbit but all they could advise me was to purchase a new fitbit.My fitbit tracker is still working ok,I just cannot get it to connect to my tablet,it was fine & just went almost a fortnight ago.
