My Fitbit hasn't synced since Wednesday morning. When it did sync on Tuesday it left out 3 or more hours of activity. I chatted about this with costumer support to no avail. About to give up.after all this time. No acknowledgement or resolution for this long-time fitbit user.

Obviously you can miss the Customer Support section as you have already tried this
