Versa won't sync

 I've had my Versa for 5 days now. The first couple days it synced just fine, then the next 2 days it would take forever to sync, but would still do so. Now today, it won't sync at all. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting my bluetooth, restarted the fitbit, restarted the app and my phone, logged out of the app and back in. I really like the Versa, and don't want to have to get something else. How do I get it to sync? Do I need to go turn this one in and get a new Versa? I have a Samsung Note 8 and my fitbit version is the Firmware 32.32.10.15. Any help would be appreciated!
