Suddenly my Fitbit GPS is showing about 25 percent further than actual distance. I changed out Fitbit since it was old. Kept factory settings still off. I'm running on latest software. Any ideas? Using a Charger 2

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting this situation before posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Since you're using a Charge 2 that uses the connected-GPS feature, please confirm that your mobile device is compatible with our products and services.
