On my charge 2 my connected GPS rodent record proper mileage for my bike rides. It records all my walks so why not the bike? I have restarted both android device and fit bit numerous times. I have also uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. This morning a 5 miles bike ride recorded as .12 miles. The route I cycled showed up accurately though...

Hi @Ccazbar,

 

There is an ongoing discussion in the Versa boards here about the Connected GPS not working properly.  My partner has a Versa and for walks it seems to work okay at best.  However, for rides it simply does not work properly and always calculates a ridiculously short distance.  She has resorted to using the Strava app on her phone and have the activity import into Fitbit, rather than the other way round.

It's such a shame.  Sorry I couldn't post anything of hope to you, but at least you should know you're not alone.
