Android app 3.23 (20243507) on Samsung A51 (Android 10)

1. I have one oddity in the Exercise screen: My latest run (using GPS on Charge 4) does not draw the map, but shows the red spinner.

2. The map shows up on my web account.

3. I just transferred to a new phone, and linked the tracker to the new phone. The most recent exercise did render with map on the previous phone, before I switched over.

4. Have rebooted, and tried force stopping the app, The earlier exercises render with map correctly.

Any ideas?

Hi @RicardoFitbit I am going to do that. I will let you know what happens in a follow-up post.

Before that, for you to show your app team, here is a  a pic of what happened when I restored my Fitbit account to a new phone (as in the post). It only happens to the topmost GPS exercise. All the previous ones rendered correctly after the new phone was sync'ed to my account.

[To app team: new phone, sync'ed Fitbit account, red spinner on topmost GPS exercise. [3.23 (20243507), Android 10, Samsung A51]].

Hi @RicardoFitbit

Your recipe has worked. Now the topmost exercise rendered correctly.

FYI: when I switched phone, I used Samsung's Smart Switch app which tries to bring all your old apps and data across.

Thank you.
