GPS tracking not working

Help needed with GPS 

fitbit used to track my route and tell me how many minutes each mile was but it no longer does this. Does anyone know how to get it to do this again? Thanks

@SunsetRunner, are you tracking your exercise using the app MobileRun feature, or are you tracking it using the Exercise Mode on the tracker such as the Charge 2?

Having the same problem with my charge.

No longer recording map. Will only access impact after exercise, doesn't display recent.
