Galaxy J3 not working with Versa

 My versa messaging is not working even though I gave the requiredoperating system.  I was apprehensive about purchasing another Fitbit product, had 2 others before changing to another manufacturer, this one will be going back, should have known better

Hello @Rdht, good to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response and thank you for your feedback. Samsung Galaxy J3 is not listed among the Compatible devices. In these instances is prone some features may not work as is expected, due to the app is not optimized to work with the device in question.

 

This is not an stamment your phone won't work with your Versa, so it wouldn't hurt to try the following suggestions: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
