I just recently upgraded my phone from the Galaxay S3 to the Galaxy S7 Edge. I had no clue that my FitBit Surge would not work with the S7. I love my new phone and my fitbit so it would be really nice to be able to have them working in sync again. Is there going to be an update anytime soon?? Anyone else hoping for an update like yesterday? Lol!

Upon checking our compatible devices list, I have confirmed that your Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is not a compatible phone yet, however, our developers are working to include this Samsung model on that list. So I really appreciate your patience. In the meantime, if you keep your old Samsung Galaxy 3, please sync with it or using a computer.

Hi @meaghm Its nice to see new faces around. well, I can't give you an estimated time for this phone to be compatible, but I suggest you to keep an eye on this list of devices, for one moment to another the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge will be there. I appreciate your patience.

I also did not know my Galaxy S7 Edge will not sync with the fitbit Surge!! I had no idea. I guess I need to return both mine and my boyfriends. 😞 as we both have the same set up.

Hi guys@Daverumie and @cordovahs77! Fitbit engineers still testing the Samsung Galaxy S7, that could be the reason why is not syncing neither the rest of the other features are working as intended.
As I mentioned before, I need you to be patience, because as soon as this model is fully compatible, we will let you know here in the Community so you can enjoy all the features it has.

Is there an expected date for when we can sync the fitbit one to the Galaxy s7 Edge? This is very frustrating! I have paid a lot for both devices and am not very happy with fitbit for dropping the ball on staying updated to technology!
