My fitbit blaze is not properly connecting to my Galaxy S8. I can get it to syn when I force close the fitbit app & restart. I have went through all trouble shoot prompts, & nothing is working. I am unable to get any notifications such as text, or calls on my fitbit. What do I need to do for this? My fitbit blaze worked perfectly with my Galaxy S7. I recently purchased this phone on 9/19, & have not been able to get my firtbit to work correctly with it. Please Help!

Hello @Brittany1856 it is nice to see new faces in the Fitbit Community! A few months ago we were receiving reports that Galaxy S8 was not working properly with notifications. Note that despite this mobile phone has been listed as compatible there are a few things that are still being worked.
So my recommendation is to review the following post for syncing issues. In addition take a look at these recommendations for notifications: My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app).
If standard troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, we are still working on some bugs with the S8 and are hoping to improve compatibility soon.
