So I spent countless hours over 3 days and 6 different "help" forums to completely uninstall, reinstall, update, change every setting known to man and several I didn't even know existed, then 45 min on the phone with Tech Support to be told that the notifications not sending from my brand new phone to my Fitbit is an issue that Fitbit is fully aware of and working to fix, you'll jyst have to WAIT for them to fix it. Thanks for that guys. Cause any ONE of those help forums couldn't have had a NOTATION stating this....
I'm getting so frustrated! Every week to 2 weeks it seems like my charge hr2 won't sync with my Samsung galaxy S8+. I've tried restarting my phone checking for updates and even uninstalled and reinstalled the ap. Nothing works
