I just got the galaxy s8. My blaze will sync with my phone but will not pair with it. I can not receive any messages on my Blaze. I see that this has been a problem is there a fix? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app I have turned Bluetooth off and on. Restarted phone uninstalled my Blaze all together nothing has worked. Please help...
Best AnswerThe fix is to enable fitbit otifications in the app. Turn on always connected, go into the phones settings - applications - Fitbit - clear cache, well at least this sped up the process for me.
You can try a few send test messages from the app. However I would leave it be, normally within two days the app pairs the tracker and messages start showing.
I had no messages for the first 36 hours.
