Hi, @Janjan1961! It should be a fairly straightforward process. To avoid complications, I would suggest you delete the tracker from your account first (upper right corner of your app, tap my account, click the tracker, and delete). I would also suggest you go into your phone's Bluetooth settings and forget your tracker, since sometimes there ends up being funky notification things that go on between the phones if that's not done. Then, she can just go ahead and create an account and set up the tracker normally.
