When I go into the discover page and click start on any challenges etc. it comes up with an error saying 'There was a problem communicating with the FitBit server.'
I've uninstalled, reinstalled, resynced etc but nothing works. Any help? I'm on Android using charge 2

@bebeleigh Hi there. Thank you for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
Please try the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Force quit it > Clear cache
- Restart your phone
- Log back in
If you're still experiencing this, reply the following questions: Is it happening only when you try to view the Challenges? What phone model and OS do you have?
Hope this helps.

Hello 🙂
I have tried what you suggested and still the same issue is happening.
It's everything on the discover page that is effected, when I click play or start.
I have Samsung galaxy note 10 and OS 11

@bebeleigh Thank you for getting back. In this case, I'd like you to let me know if this happened after a new app version was installed and if the app is crashing or just showing this message. Please attach a screenshot to your next reply.
Hope this helps.

I'm afraid I couldn't comment if it was a new update as I have only just started reusing my fitbit after 2 years so only have experience with this current version 😞
The app doesn't crash, just showing message in a box at bottom of the page ..
I would include a screenshot if it was easier to do. Sorry

@bebeleigh Thank you for getting back.
There is a new app version for Android users, it should be 3.40.1, please check if you received it, install it and monitor the app functionality.
Hope this helps.
