I just downloaded and installedThe Fitbit app to my Android phone (version 1.9.7) but it is not presenting the
Goal Day 2016 Challenge icon at the bottom of the dashboard as shown in the promotion images for the Goal Day Challenge.

Please advise if anything can be done to sign up for the challenge.

It might have been the time zone that you were in. I Think it didn't show until your date was May 19.
