In the "Weight" interface, under the "Goal Progress" heading, there is a section that should show how much weight I've lost since a certain date. In my interface it says "-- lost since 1/5". I don't know if that's January fifth or May first, but in any case, I've lost about 4Kg in the last three or four months, so, it should show at least some number for the amount of weight I've lost.
It should be noted that this is not a new problem. It has been the case that the goal progress numbers have not been visible or accurate for years, and I've posted about it at least twice here, and spoken to customer service, and no solution has been made available.
In any case, it's still a problem, and it would be good if this were fixed.
Moderator edit: Subject for clarity.

@Dave_M_G Nice to see you again in the forums. Thanks for the screenshot and the explanation.
I have been tracking my weight for the past 6 months on the app and have not experienced this issue once. Would you be so kind to tell me which smartphone do you have? Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date.
Have you checked your weight goal on the Fitbit.com website (https://www.fitbit.com/weight) as well? I would just like to confirm if this is an issue on the app only or overall.
If the weight goal is shown on the website, I would recommend the following:
Have a nice day!

@RodrigoMFitbit, thank you for responding.
As you suggested, I took a look at the website, and the same problem is evident there, so this must be a problem with the data in my account somehow.
On the side of the screen, there is this "Goal Progress" interface item:
Although it shows the numbers instead of dashes, it nonetheless indicates no change since "1/5" (I'm still not clear if that's January 5th or May 1st).
However, if I compare with at the column of data on the right, the above "Goal Progress" is clearly wrong, as I have lost 4.5Kg since April 25th:
The problem is clearly in the data handling, not in any one particular interface.
Also, since you asked, I am using Android 9.0, and my version of Fitbit is 3.64.5, which I believe is the latest version.
