My connection between my Charge 3 and New Google Pixel 4 xl doesn't seem to be working any more.  Is there a compatibility problem.  I know Google just paid 2 billion $$ to buy Fitbit...  LOL  What's going on?

@Ozones61 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

Please note that your phone or tablet is not on our list of compatible devices. We confirmed that the devices on this list are fully compatible with all features of Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app. While a phone or tablet may not be verified as fully compatible, the Fitbit app may still work with your device.

We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone or tablet meets the minimum operating system requirements.

If your phone supports Bluetooth 4.0, we provide assistance and troubleshooting steps. Because your phone or tablet is not fully compatible with Fitbit devices, we can't guarantee syncing and other Fitbit features.

For more information about the Google and Fitbit news, see our press release.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Are you saying then that the latest Google phones (Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL) aren't compatible with the Charge 3?

If so are there going to be any updates to solve this.

@doigieray Welcome to the Community. I'll be happy to clarify your question.

Currently, the phones that you mentioned aren't compatible. However, as mentioned before our Support team is always testing new devices and adding them to the list

Well, they _should_ be testing against new devices. It sure doesn't seem like they do. They haven't been compatible with any of the motorola phones for an age.

All the protocols are standard and yet it still seems to fail with really common phones, year after year. Maybe you guys should get another developer and tester or two.

@SilviaFitbit Pixel 4 is not a new device, it has been released since 5 months ago and it is the Google flagship.

It shouldn't require lots of time to test it since it has vanilla Android (so pure Android experience, no customization from other brands) and therefore should receive top priority.

For some reasons the latest, greatest iPhone ever is always marked compatible at the very same moment of its presentation so please don't find excuses.
