Keep alive widget

Has Fitbit removed the keep alive widget? Mine has disappeared from my Android bar..I uninstalled it and reinstalled but it's not showing up . It's  not even showing up in the app settings. It disappeared after the update so I'm wondering if this was Fitbits doing.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that the Keep Alive widget wasn't removed, however, to further investigate why you'tr not seeing it anymore, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When did you experience this issue? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
4. Reboot your mobile device.
5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
6. Login using your account credentials.

Then, depending on your phone, you can add Fitbit widgets in one of two ways:

1. Select Apps from the home screen.
2. Select Widgets from the top of the page.
3. Swipe until you see Fitbit.
4. Tap and hold to drag the widget to the desired home screen.

Or:

1. Tap and hold the home screen.
2. Select Widgets.
3. Swipe until you see Fitbit.
4. Tap and hold to drag the widget to the desired home screen.

I'm using Android and I have already done all the steps you mentioned.

It disappeared after the last update.

I use Android 10 on Pixel 3 and Fitbit 3.17. I have 2 Fitbit widgets I can add but I'm confuse what Keep Alive widget is. Can you please explain more? Thanks!
