Charge 3 (about two weeks old) This is my 4th or 5th Fitbit since Jan 2014; one was lost, the others had technical problems that could not be fixed. I'm jaded at this moment, but am ever hopeful that this glitch is an easy fix. Last night a Google Shopping notification came in (an annoyance in itself). Other notifications (both good and useless) have come in and have been easily deleted. This one won't go away. I got rid of it on my laptop, but it won't leave the Fitbit. I can't get it to go to archive, I can't get it to open, I can't get it to clear. Holding the side button has allowed me to block all notifications (not exactly what I want), but does not clear this notification. I can't get to my home screen or any other screen. Basically, the device is useless to me. Help.
