Google phone not syncing

I have a Google phone and a versa it's was syncing fine a few days ago it stopped now can't figure out how to re sync it again keeps saying I already have a versa on my acct

Let me help you figure out what is going on.

 

The first thing I'd like to do is ask you what specific phone is it that you have?

 

In the meantime, please try to follow the steps listed in this help article. That should definitely help in getting it all to sync and work correctly.
