Hi, @Lisaderrick1975, welcome, PW questions are best posted in the PW forum where I'm confident experienced community members will be happy to help you. In the meantime, you may find this article useful Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? - Fitbit Help Center

I would add that you must use the charging cable that came with the PW (you do not mention if you have a PW1 or PW2)

I hope this helps.

Cheers

I am experiencing the same issue as are many others. I have tried charging it in different places with the oem charger. I know the oem charger works because I can charge other devices like my pixelbud pros. I have plugged it into different outlets as suggested. It seems that if you have at least a little power then the hard reset may work. I contacted Google and was told I was out of warranty, which would be ok if this wasn't so clearly a manufacturer's issue. I'm glad I haven't purchased the Pixel 2 and won't unless they make good with customers.

Hi, @Amazinjae, welcome to the community. Was your PW supplied with a power brick? The PW 2 does not have a power brick supplied and you need to be aware that a PD-rated brick with a USB C connector is required to deliver a satisfactory charging speed.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

Hi @Amazinjae - while the charge cable may be a bit more robust it can be a common problem on this type of connection that the cable develops a fault and needs replacing.

Check the pins carefully for any anomalies. They are fairly cheap (free if under warranty) so worth considering for charging problems.
