My fitbit HR won't sync to my phone all clean any ideas? Only got the thing last month

Welcome to the Community @Mark85. If your Charge HR is not syncing with your Android phone, I recommend following our Syncing Troubleshoot. After following these steps your tracker should work properly.

@Ang667 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Is your Fitbit tracker still not syncing? Try these troubleshooting steps provided by my friend @SunsetRunner on his post. It should sync properly after doing that.
