HR wrong on Android App

My wife has a Charge HR 2 and a blaze.  Over the past few days the App has her heartrate around 180 even during sleep.  The HR on the fitbit itself is correct but the app is WAY WAY WAY off.  She has tried to uninstall the app and reinstall but still the same thing.  It seems to have just happened over the past week.  Have there been some kind of update?

@TKnott, are the Charge HR and Blaze being worn interchangeably, or at the same time? Are they on the same account, or two different accounts? How are the two of them being synced?  It would appear this is a problem with syncing data between the Charge HR and Blaze and the app.

Two different on the same account.  Wife has to wear the Charge HR 2 for kickboxing but the blaze for normal wear.  Everything else (Steps, etc) is correct between the app and the trackers it's just the HR which is messing up the calorie deficit
