Hey,
About two days ago, my fitbit app on my HTC Butterfly stopped counting steps. I was messing around with USB access on it for another problem, and suddenly I don't know how far I've gone 😞
I've updated my software, unistalled and reinstalled it and tried doing all the other suggestions I have seen online, but no luck so far.
When I go on the app, the dashboard says: "You are not currently paired to this device". Then, when I select "Devices" on the dashboard, it says MobileTrack was set up for a different mobile device, to use with this mobile device, un-pair and re-pair MobileTrack" - but I've never used it through another device.
Any ideas what to try?
Would really appreciate 🙂

Hey @lomogal very welcome to the Community! Let me share with you a couple of tips to see if we can make it work:
1. Unpaired your MobileTrack
2. Clear the Fitbit app Browser Cache by: Logging out from Fitbit app, then go to your Phone settings, try to find the Fitbit app and tap it, tap Clear Cache, then Clear Data and Force Close the app, finally Log back into the Fitbit app.
3. Paired one more time the MobileTrack.
However, I was investigating and I found an article from Fitbit "How do I use MobileTrack?" with this information:
"Beginning in mid-May 2016, we'll no longer provide support for the MobileTrack feature on HTC One M8 mobile devices. Recently, Google and HTC made some changes that prevents the MobileTrack feature from functioning properly in the Fitbit app for Android on the HTC One M8 device. The focus of our efforts moving forward will be to provide MobileTrack on a larger number of newer Android mobile devices.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We recommend using a Fitbit tracker to continue tracking your activity."
I hope you can be back on track with my tips, let me know how it goes!
