I've never owned a fitbit but my previous phone (HTC M8) used to automatically log my activity. I've since switched phones and the app no longer automatically logs my activity and says I'm not synced.

Hello @TashaG08 and welcome aboard to our community. The feature that you were using with your previous phone is called MobileTrack. This is a feature in our app that allows users of the HTC One m8 to track their basic activity data through their phone using low-power step sensors located inside the mobile device. But  not all the mobile device support this feature and your new device might be possible is not compatible.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have more questions.
