I havnt received my weekly stats email can anyone help me work out why please

Hello @Laura1409! Welcome to the Fitbit Forums.

 

Please keep in mind that the weekly reports are regularly sent between Monday and Tuesday. Also, be sure to check on your email's spam folder, it is possible that it was sent there by your email's settings.

Did you ever receive those emails before? If not, please make sure if you have setup your account with the correct email id.
