Having trouble syncing to galaxy 4

Hi everyone. I have been having trouble syncing to my galaxy 4 since Tuesday. Getting cranky big time, ready to throw mine in the bin. Tried the 'factory reset' and bingo it worked straight away. Cant believe it worked straight away. Maybe give it a go 😉

Is nice to see you here @SunsetRunner! Smiley Very Happy and also thanks for sharing your tip, I'm going to share it, if somebody need it. However, if the issue persist, let me recommend the following:

1. Open the Fitbit App and log out
2. Turn off the Bluetooth and also your cellphone
3. Restart your tracker
4. Turn On your cellphone and also the Bluetooth
5. Finally, set up your tracker as a new Fitbit device

Hi, thanx for your reply. Since i did the factory reset my fitbit is working perfectly with my fone. If i have any more trouble i will try what you have recommended. Once again thank you
