Having trouble syncing

I have been trying to sync for over a week. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, restarted my phone multiple times, and not sure what else to try. Any ideas?

Amazingly as soon as I got done writing the post, it synced. I don't know
how, but it did. Weird.

I, too, am having trouble syncing steps and sleep tracking since updating my Versa 2, two days ago. Very frustrating!

It is frustrating. If it wasn't so convenient to see most of the info
straight from the fitbit, I wouldn't bother.
