When Health Metrics SpO2 shows "Last night: No Data" it doesn't necessarily mean that.
The Today app on the watch has a better way of putting it.
It is confusing to show one minute no data and then later for there to be data. The user is mislead to think that the watch did not record any data, when in fact that is not the case.

@Guy_ While it is confusing to have no data one minute, then have the data, the Help article says that it can take an hour for this data to appear.
