Health Metrics SpO2 No data

When Health Metrics SpO2 shows "Last night: No Data" it doesn't necessarily mean that.

The Today app on the watch has a better way of putting it.

It is confusing to show one minute no data and then later for there to be data. The user is mislead to think that the watch did not record any data, when in fact that is not the case.

@Guy_   While it is confusing to have no data one minute, then have the data, the Help article says that it can take an hour for this data to appear.

@LZeeW  - thanks, but wouldn't it be better to say something like "processing", "calculting" or "try in an hour", instead of a categoric "no data" which in fact may not be true?

If after an hour there was no data it could change to give the "no data" message.
