Every time I click on the Health Metrics Tile, it's crashing the Fitbit App, just started today, I've done all the necessary's, but it's still not working.

Hopefully it also fixes not being able to access premiums guided programs which I have in tandem with the Health Metrics issue.
Cancelled my service till its fixed. Glad you had a response from customer service. I just got fobbed off with the 'we will contact you by email' line...

Because of hearing loss, I usually use "Chat" when dealing with any support. I did this yesterday and the person had no idea what was even happening. After running me through the things I had already done, reboot phone and Versa3, reinstall app, he told me they would send me a new Versa3. I tried to explain it was the mobile app that was crashing and that had NOTHING to do with the Fitbit. Nevertheless, he insisted that a new Versa would solve the issue. I don't think Google/Fitbit is going to be happy with someone solving every issue by sending a new phone.

Thanks for the update. I agree its not a cheap product or subscription.
I was hoping with Google taking over the service would improve. 👀

Actually that was my reason why I got it, cos I thought Google will improve it

Me either. Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone. Nothing. Sigh. Fitbit sent back an email that they can see it is working. Emailed them back that it is NOT. Sheesh.

Did. Nada. Restarted phone. Nada. Fitbit support - nada so far.

I initially had no success when I uninstalled then reinstalled the app. I did it again last night and now the problem is resolved.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, numerous times and I've restarted my phone several times. So far, nothing works. The app continues to crash.

They're not the only ones having problems with Health Metrics crashing their app. I have a Google Pixel XL 2 and everything worked great until the update. Now...the app is just garbage.

Nope. That's not ok. We're paying for something we can't use or access.

You might want to try it. After reading @msmonaotr post I uninstalled/reinstalled again on my pixel 4a this morning and the health metrics is working. It's really sloppy testing that they pushed an update that caused this IMHO.
