@alanmon, your message subject line and body of the message are confusing. The subject says that the Health Metric Tile crashes, but the body of the message says nothing happens when you tap on the tile. Does it attempt to open, and then crash? Or, does it not try to open when you tap on the tile?
Have you ever opened the Health Metrics tile, and then proceeded with the Get Started screen that opens?

Sorry about the confusion. The app didn't crash. Nothing happens when I tapped on the tile. I haven't seen a get started screen yet.

Hi there,
I am currently using Oneplus 7t pro. The app has been like that since I installed it. One clarification: the app didn't crash, but nothing happen when I click on health metric. I have check my location setting & language setting as well (all of them are correct). I have also uninstalled the app and reinstall it again on my device. The problem is still there. My OS is up-to-date (Oxygen OS 10.0.13.HD01AA).
Let me know if there is additional info I could provide.
