Heart Rate Zones Don't Match Between Phone and Watch

This seems to be a new problem, so maybe related to the most recent update. In the app on my phone, I use a custom max HR and so have different ranges for the various workout zones than the default ones. For example, the Light Zone is anything under 126 bpm. Whenever I track an exercise on my watch (Pixel Watch 4), though, it's displaying the zones based on the default max HR for my age (180 bpm). It used to sync just fine. When I look at the graphs of my workouts on my phone, the correct zones are recorded, but it's annoying since I can't use zone alerts on my watch as it will tell me I'm in Peak at 165 when I really have until 185 bpm before I'm in Peak. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on both my watch and phone, disconnected the watch from my Fitbit account and reconnecting it, resetting the max HR to the default then changing it back, but I haven't had any luck fixing the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
