My Heart Rate data showing on the app is incomplete on some days, in that it shows no heart rate from some time in the morning until the rest of the day. The full days' data is showing on my laptop Dashboard, so I know it was captured correctly. The problem isn't on consecutive days, so I'm a bit baffled. I've tried restarting my mobile, but it doesn't fix the issue. Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing the steps that you have tried! I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on.
In this case I'd recommend that you try to log out of your account and then log back in. That should help in getting it all to reconnect with the servers and download all information again.
