Heart Rate for only half a day

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My heart rate is only registering for half a day. A representative said it might be my phone. I happened to have to buy a new phone and for two days it worked correctly and now it is only registering half a day of heart rate, again.

Hello @Stephap72.

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on. Thanks for reaching out to our support team before posting in here.

Could you share some screenshots showing exactly what is going on? That way I can see exactly what is happening and find the very best way to move forward and resolve this situation.

In the meantime, maybe you could try to check this article to check for the accuracy of the HR. That should definitely help out so that the information is tracked correctly.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

My heart rate has not shown on my wrist for so long that I can't remember when it last did. Per advice from a Fitbit advisor, I got a new phone, but my heart rate still isn't accurate. The two green dots (sensors), on the back of the wrist, still work

Hello @Stephap72.

Thanks for letting me know.

Did you get a chance to try the accuracy steps and tips I shared above? They should definitely help to get a reading to show in your Fitbit. After we get your HR to show on your Fitbit's screen then we can check what is going on in the app, in case it persisted.

Look forward to your reply.
