Heart Rate in app not showing properly

When I click on the Heart Rate in the Today menu on the app, it only shows Friday's (3-27-20)

heart rate.  If I select that it will show what I normally see.  If I select the graph, I can then see Saturday and Sunday's heart rate.  Why is it not showing where it should be showing after selecting the heart rate from the Today menu?  I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions found here, but they don't work.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the pictures that were attached, your effort troubleshooting this matter before posting over here is appreciated. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

@RicardoFitbit my concern was posted almost a month ago. You are a little late to the party. I appreciate your suggestions but they are the same old suggestions that are suggested by every moderator to anybody who has a problem with anything and I can assure you that I have done all those basic troubleshooting steps before posting my problem.
