Hi there @zwalos, great to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community! I would like to step in to help you, as a matter of fact I have a Charge 2 tracker for my personal use.
What is the issue you are experiencing with the heart rate and what exercise are you practicing?
Heart rate will depend of the intensity and the placement of your tracker. If you heart rate seems to be inaccurate what I try to do in my exercise sessions is the following:
Wearing your band tightly may constrict blood flow in your wrist and affect the signal. I also recommend experimenting with how high you place the tracker on your wrist. When you're not exercising, wearing the tracker just above the wrist bone--as you would a watch--typically works fine. However, moving the tracker up a couple inches can be helpful during high-intensity exercises or exercises that cause you to bend your wrist frequently.
Though Heart rate reading varies depending on several factors like movement, temperature, humidity, stress level, physical body position, caffeine intake, and medication.
So try this suggestions, I have found very helpful in my experience. Otherwise just keep me posted how it goes.

Hi there @zwalos, thank you for keep me posted, I saw your private message about your concern and I didn't recalled that we have had a previous conversation, my apologies.
I read your heart rate is not consistent in comparison with a chest strap. However not as a matter of excuse this two devices handled different technology, just to keep in mind since some reading may vary, however the difference shouldn't be so high.
Now that we have discarded that the position of the tracker is not the caused of this issue. I'm wondering if you have tried with a restart?
If you haven't try it yet, would be a good troubleshooting if your tracker is not recording correctly your heart rate peaks. For more details in case you need them, take a look at this post: How to restart your Charge 2?
Keep me posted, I'll be around in case the issue continues.
