Welcome to the forums, @Nick1937.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and just to confirm, do you mean this data isn't displayed on your Fitbit device? Or is the issue with the Fitbit app not showing your historic data?

If the latter one, please force quit the Fitbit app, check if the Fitbit app is updated, reboot your phone and try checking your data one more time.

Hello @Nick1937

Please let us know which Fitbit device you're using.

Do you see a green light on the back of your device? That's the optical heart rate senor and it's needed to track your heart rate.

Hello @Nick1937

Thanks for letting us know you have a Charge 6. I move your topic from the Android app forum to the Charge 6 product help forum since the issue you're reporting is on the device and not the app.

Are you using a clock face that shows steps and heart rate? The one I use is called Slashed and it shows both steps & heart rate.

When you swipe up from the clock face, the next screen shows your steps along with other data. When you swipe up past that screen, you'll eventually see a screen with heart rate. Are you not seeing any data on these screens?

My device used to show the time in large numerals with the heart rate at
top of screen and steps at the bottom. Now I can't get that display back
and the time shows as a small numeral display and nothing else. When I
swipe up it shows a pause button. Regardless of what I do, swiping up/down
and across I can't get back to the display with large numerals, heart and
steps.
