I have the S10 and Charge 3. The past two days, I have no heart rate data at all, the last day was Wednesday but it tells me my resting heart rate... Yet if I go into heart rate zones its obviously recording my data... How do I get it working again? I've re-installed the app, cleared cashe and data, unconnected and reconnected my Fitbit, unconnect and reconnected the option to track heart rate, restarted my phone multipul times... Help!

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.
