Hi everybody,
The heart rate measurements in the APP appears completely blank.
I can see the instant hearth rate indicate in the app and all other data are synched perfectly.
I have a Fitbit charge4
I have the latest version of the Fitbit app, an android phone Google Pixel 3, and Android version 11 so should not be a problem of compatibility between apps and older android versions.
The apps have all the permission and can open and synch to the default links.
I also tried to log off, restart the phone and log in, or to force stop and reset the phone.
NOTHING WORKED.
Heartrate tracking was the main reason I purchased a Fitbit in the first place.
Guess that if it does not work I will have to get any other products from the competitors.
