My heart rate monitor on my wristband can be anywhere from 70 to 104 sometimes and the app always just shows 70 with the little heart beating, it never matches what my wristband has.

@Lonewolf269When you tap on the RHR tile what does the HR graph show there..?

Here's a photo of what it is showing, but when I took this screenshot, my heart rate on my wristband was 84.

@Lonewolf269Thanks for being so prompt... When you tap the orange HR graph you will see the scale and the graph is in 5 minute plot points..

@Lonewolf269 Also when you swipe sideways RH to LH on the 30 day RHR graph you will see your cardio score which is an excellent measure of your well being.

@Lonewolf269 Definitely "cool".. I'm 80 this year and my cardio score is in the Excellent class... Genetically a low RHR etc 52... ... my cardiologist said it's my mothers Belgium genes (father) mixed with her mothers genes (Australian). He was a merchant sailor and met my grandmother in the Seafarers Mission in Melbourne... How romantic...
I have been stressed tested etc because of my engineering background and I like my baselines, and all the GP and Cardiologist tests correlate to Fitbits results for me.

@Lonewolf269Thank you for the greetings.
My daughter asked me what I want for my 80th birthday... I said, "at least another 10 years", and according to the Australian Longevity tables I will get to 88 and with the Longevity website maybe 94...
So keeping active is the key and when I go shopping with my 50 year daughter they think I'm her husband so the genes show that as well... Youthful appearance and demeanor is what it's all about and with your smile you are on the same track...
Have a great journey with your Fitbit because it's helped me fill in a chunk of life after I retired at 70, keeps my mind active.. Have a great 2019.
