New fitbit charge, i have set it up on my andriod but the app is not showing my heart rate. Says resting bpm not measured how do i measure it and it appear on here. It is appearing on my watch

@Lil35 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! It's weird that your heart rate is not appearing on your Fitbit app. I'd like you to provide a screenshot of your Dashboard, the part that is missing the heart rate info. In the meantime, I recommend restarting your Charge HR so it gets refreshed internally and then force sync your device.
