Heart rate not showing on Fitbit app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a Charge 3 given as a birthday gift. Have tried various resets and reboots to my tablet device, but my 'Resting BPM' remains steadfastly blank and when click on it it just says 'No measurements'

The device is paired, is showing heart rate on the Charge 3 itself, is tracking and synching and updating other information, just not the main reason I have it, to track heartrate.

Any ideas, am at wit's end after hours of trying to get it to work.

Welcome on board @JimFielding, it's nice to see you around here! Do you have notifications enable? You'll only see heart rate data if you have call, text, or calendar notifications enabled.

Also, make sure that your mobile device is included in the list of supported devices. If you're unsure it's, see: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

If the inconvenience persists, please log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.

I've moved your post to the Android App as your topic is more related to this board.

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.

I am having the same issue. Just got a pixel 3 (so comparable). Have followed the instructions as above and still am having the same issue. Any other ideas?

Hello there @SunsetRunner, thanks for stopping by! Thanks for following the instructions as above, nice way to go!

Since you've upgraded to a new phone, have you made sure that notifications and all-day sync are turned on? Keep in mind that notifications need to be enabled for the live HR data to display correctly.

Also, verify real-time data tracking is turned on:

  1. Make sure your tracker is updated. For more information about updating your device, see How do I update my tracker?
  2. On the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon.
  3. Click Settings
  4. Select your device.
  5. Turn on the Live Data option.
  6. Sync your device.

In addition, make sure your Fitbit app is updated😉

Give this a go and let me know the outcome. I'll be around!

I have a problem syncing heart rate too. It fine synced up until Thursday night and then nothing. It shows my resting and current BPM in the app but no graphs for the last couple days. The app is upto date. Bluetooth is on. It synchs all my other data, sleep, etc but no heart rate graph. I've reset my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and nothing!! How do I get it to work?!
