Fitbit Blaze
My heart rate is not showing. I've updated it, hard restarts, let the battery run down and recharged and cleaned the back of it. Nothing has worked.

Where exactly are you not able to see the HR data, on your Fitbit or on your Fitbit app? When did this start happening?

Could you let me know exactly what are you seeing your Fitbit? Do you see 0 or only dashes? Additionally, what phone are you using?

To learn more about this situation, it would be helpful to know which device you have. Also, it would be very helpful if you could check that your cellphone is running the latest Fitbit app version.
