My Charge 3 displays my heart rate, but it is not updating or recording it on my Android fitbit app. Anyone else having this problem?

It's nice to have a new member around, welcome @OKCliff! You can see live heart rate by making sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
Since you're using the Android app, you'll only see heart rate data if you have call, text, or calendar notifications enabled.
I've moved your post to the Android App as there are more chances to get related replies here.
Hope this helps, keep me in the loop!

All that's enabled on mine and it's still not syncing.

Welcome to the Forums @ClassicRedhead.
Thanks for checking that everything is enabled before posting in here.
In this case I'd like to ask some questions:
- What is the phone that you are using?
- Are you referring to the live HR or HR in general?
- Are you able to see your HR in your Fitbit's screen?
Let me know if you have any further questions.
