Heart rate stuck on Fitbit app

Hi 

 

My heart rate has not updated since Sunday morning (2 days). I've tried hard restarting my fitbit blaze and restarted my phone but it is still not working. Everything else is syncing fine. The heart rate is displaying on the blaze. Any idea what else can be done to fix this or is this a bug in the app?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android device you're currently using? Also, did you experienced this situation in the past? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your Fitbit credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persist.
