Heart rate stuck

Hello 

For the past 7 days my blaze has not registered any heart rates and it is stuck on 53 bpm resting

I have shutdown a few time.

I tried turning the teacher to off, syncing then back in and syncing and it is still stuck.

I have changed clock faces, didn’t work for me on Versa2, have fully charged unit, tried to find the toggle switch back and forth not in my account settings-what’s next?

Same here! Just noticed HR stuck on 000 for entire day. I have done everything listed here in the FitBit community including the factory reset. Nothing works at all. I love my FitBit watch, but I may have to go to another brand. I've had this watch (FitBit Versa Lite, had FitBit Versa before that with issues too) for less than 18 months. It costs way too much to not last that long. If anyone has figured out an actual solution, I'm open to it. Thanks!
