I tried turning the teacher to off, syncing then back in and syncing and it is still stuck.

Best AnswerSame here! Just noticed HR stuck on 000 for entire day. I have done everything listed here in the FitBit community including the factory reset. Nothing works at all. I love my FitBit watch, but I may have to go to another brand. I've had this watch (FitBit Versa Lite, had FitBit Versa before that with issues too) for less than 18 months. It costs way too much to not last that long. If anyone has figured out an actual solution, I'm open to it. Thanks!
