Hi,
Looking at my history of tracked exercise using the phone with GPS, up to almost the end of July 2019 the summary included a tab that showed a chart of my heart rate during the exercise.
This heart rate tab is no longer there.
Why?
I would like it back please!
Any suggestions?

Best Answer@RicardoFitbit this issue has been going on for several months and is in the list of known issues.
Activities that are auto detected have a heart rate graph. Any manually recorded activities lack the heart rate graph.

You're welcome @garybrat, sorry for the delay in responding.
Unfortunately, the screenshot wasn't attached correctly, can you please send it again? Keep in mind that the Samsung Galaxy J7 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services. In the meantime I receive your reply, can you please try with a compatible device too so we can determine if the compatibility concern is what is causing this concern? Keep me posted.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
Best Answer@RicardoFitbit for the last couple of months, on android, forr a manually logged activity there wasn't even a tab or page to display heart rate. Auto detected exercises did have the heart page.
@garybrat After updating to the Fitbit app version 3.5 I'm happy to say that my heart rate page has returned.
Best AnswerOn 27th July I had a heart rate tab.
29th July I did not have a heart rate tab.
I am using a Huawei mate 20 pro with Android and am up to date with all Fitbit updates.
Best Answer@RicardoFitbit It looks like when using the connected GPS the heart rate page gets replaced with the GPS page.
Therefore to see heart rate i need to turn the GPS off.
Best AnswerHi
I want the GPS page and the heart rate tab.
I use to have both and I don't want to compromise.
I have started looking at Garmin because this is annoying and going on to long.
Best AnswerThere are multiple other forums on this issue. It is very frustrating. I have bought a xiaomi mi band and can now track heart rate GPS and pace for my runs again. I see no real evidence Fitbit is working on this issue
