Heart rate tile disappeared from app

Heartrate symbol and reading is on Fitbit and were on my Android phone. This has disappeared from the phone.  Help!!

Hi, when you enter the main screen of the Fitbit App click Edit [top right]

Scroll to the bottom and add the Heart rate tile and then click Done [top right]
