Welcome on board @swimdb, it's nice to see you around! I'd recommend following these steps:
- Make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date
- Log out of your Fitbit app
- Force quit the app
- Turn off the Bluetooth
- Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
- Turn on the Bluetooth
- Log back into your Fitbit app
If the issue persists after follow the above steps, please send me a screenshot showing where you're looking at so I can go from there.
I'll be around, keep me posted!

Thanks for your reply. I tried your suggestions and nothing worked. I have also deleted and reinstalled the app with no success.
You can see from the attached photos that the both swim I did on the 12th April and the walk the app shows the heart rate zones. However it has stopped showing the heart rate zone on the swim I did today but still shows on the walk- see 2nd photo. Can you tell me why It has stopped showing the heart rate zones on the app exercise function. I have noticed that it is recording the heart rate on the website but just won't show up on the exercise function on the app . It stopped working on or after the 12th April. The only thing I have changed is the watch face but I fail to see how that can affect the showing of the heart rate zones on the app. I hope you can help.
Regards Dawn

Hello @swimdb, thanks for coming back and for the screenshots provided! Can you please tell me how are you registering your swim information?
Note that when using Swim mode, heart-rate tracking is disabled during your swim workout, which may attribute to the lower calorie reading.
Since Charge 3 doesn't record heart rate information while being in swimming mode. You can take a look at the Heart Rate being monitored while in swim mode request, vote for it and leave your comment.
Also, for more information about how you can track your swim, you can take a look at the help article How do I track my swims with my Fitbit device?.
Hope this helps, let me know if there's anything else I may do to assist.

Hi MarreFitbit
I am not registering my swim information at all it is recognising a swim automatically.
If as you say "Note that when using Swim mode, heart-rate tracking is disabled during your swim workout" - How do you explain the screenshot below showing heart rate monitoring in swim mode ? and the fact it was regisitering heart rate information in swim mode until it recently stopped doing so?
