Heartrate chart displayed wrongly

Hi,

The heartrate chart displayed within an exercise is totally off.
As you may see, the average heartrate is properly synced and displayed as 153, but the chart shows I was in the light zone all the time, which is totally wrong given the average.

Can someone help me fix this, please? I really need to see the correct time spent in each zone...

Also, it so frustrating not to be able to parameterize each zone personally... Any insights?

Thanks in advance!print.jpeg

Hello @sarenato

It looks to me that the heart rate graph is not properly aligned to the axis. I know there were problems with the workout graphs in the Fitbit Public Preview app that were recently fixed. It could be that fixing something in the Public Preview might have caused a different issue in the current Fitbit app.

Since this problem is on the Fitbit side, there isn't any troubleshooting that we can suggest.

For now, please submit this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts and submit

The feedback reports are received by the team for review.
